I will gladly provide exchanges for merchandise within 7 days of delivery; in order to receive a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). Also, final sale, custom items, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

shipping and delivery
Most orders will be shipped within 7 business days of payment*, but please do allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery. All orders within the USA will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment, it generally takes about 2-3 days for delivery for USPS Priority Mail. $7.50 flat rate on all domestic orders. If you are an international customer, please contact me for a shipping quote.
*Some items are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to create; please refer to product descriptions.
